At SembangLegal.com there are various subscription offerings with different rates based on the billing information provided to us at the time of your registration. If you have subscribed to SembangLegal.com, you are responsible for the payment of subscription fees. The only payment method that is available at SembangLegal.com for purchasing the subscription plan is via Credit card or Debit card and once the subscription fee is paid, it is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. These General Terms of Service (hereinafter called the “Terms”) cover your usage and access to the Services provided by SembangLegal.com. - TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS RESTRICTION

If your SembangLegal.com membership is acquired by a Program Sponsor and they elect to discontinue your membership, you may apply to become a member in your own capacity.

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from SembangLegal.com including newsletters, special offers, account reminders and updates.
For account reminders and updates, you will receive an email notification to remind you to renew and update your account to avoid any disruption in your usage of the Services.

- Use in reference to any legal matter involving an alleged criminal act by you or any other person;
- Use in reference to any legal matter during which SembangLegal.com or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, or other SembangLegal.com service providers has an adverse interest; or
- Use in reference to any legal matter in which your Program Sponsor has an adverse interest, or within which any director, officer or controlling stockholder of the Program Sponsor has an adverse interest.
You may not hack, “scrape” or “crawl” the Services, whether directly or through intermediaries like spiders, robots, crawlers, scrapers, framing, or RSS feeds. You will not access or try to access any information which SembangLegal.com has not intentionally made available to you within the Services via your subscription. Your use of the Services does not entitle you to resell any SembangLegal.com content without prior express written consent from SembangLegal.com.
